Case Description
M/S Mineral Star was bringing cargo to Rio de Janeiro arriving in Fortaleza with two holes in hold 1

The Accident
The ship left Fortaleza with a draught too deep for Sepetiba Port. The ship unloaded part of the cargo in Vitoria on her way to Rio de Janeiro.

Outcome
The ship was taken to the shipyard and the Port asks for a risk assessment before porting.
