Case Description
Lloyd Brasileiro was one of the most important state owned navigation company
in Brazil. Operating since 1870, LLoydbras was one of the biggest
transportation company in Brazil.
Customer's need
Following the government strategy, the administration decided to sell the
company to private owners. This desire required a precise knowledge of the
value of the company and its fleet, at the time with 21 ships and 732.000
total gross ton.
Solution
Two independent groups were hired to valuate the company. RBNA was part of one
